Sports Mole looks at the latest injury and suspension news for Manchester City ahead of Saturday’s FA Cup tie at Newport County.

Manchester City will continue their bid for the quadruple when they face Newport County in the FA Cup fifth round on Saturday evening.

Pep Guardiola‘s side had been seven points adrift of leaders Liverpool a couple of weeks ago, but City now find themselves at the top of the standings on goal difference.

The North-West giants produced one of their best performances of the season on Sunday as they thrashed Chelsea by a 6-0 scoreline at the Etihad Stadium.

City have reached the last 16 of the FA Cup by recording convincing victories over Rotherham United and Burnley.

Here, Sports Mole looks at City’s latest injury and suspension news ahead of their showdown with the League Two side.
